Farmer's Market at the Beach...

In the summer along 30 A there are all sorts of activities and events that are worthy of taking a look. One of those are the great farmer's markets in Rosemary Beach and Seaside every weekend.  We headed out early Saturday to load up on fresh eggs, sweet corn, homemade dog biscuits, and just picked blueberries.
The produce was out of this world!
These eggplants were huge!

All the tents were set up in the heart of Seaside under the palms...

The italian pastries looked amazing!
 Gorgeous Venezuelan cookies and tarts...
Delish jams and pickles...
 Cakes, pastries, breads, and cheesecakes...

And the most amazing greek food!
Big D had the biggest gyro I have ever seen at 8:30 in the morning!
But my favorite thing we brought home that day was by far the delicious farm fresh eggs!

YUM!!

The beginning of a Beach Cheeky summer...

The weather on 30A is pretty near perfect for June with crystal clear water and beautiful sunny days.    I could get used to this!  We arrived via 2 planes and a car with kids coming from every direction and Big D and giant child driving the three dogs on a 12 hour treck that I am forever grateful for having missed a repeat of that!  My youngest and I hopped a plane with way to much luggage for any kind of normal person, but my motto is I need options…

After dropping off said oversized luggage it was straight to Pickles for some much needed greasy food, because what says Beach Vacation and bikinis more than loading up on saturated fat within the first hour of arriving!

Then off to Perspicacity to do some damage…
And walk around the palm trees…
And take a peak at the beach…

Nearly a perfect day!
