Down by the sea...

We are loaded up and ready to head out for a great week at the beach in the panhandle of Florida on a small stretch of road called 30A.

Debby has finally left, thank you very much, just in time for us to spend a glorious week in the most beautiful place on earth.  Sunscreen, check.  Bathing suits, check.  Big D's sail boat, check.  T-shirts, shorts, cotton sundresses, hair clips, sun hats, head bands, beach towels, cooler, never ending supply of snacks, coffee cake, 3 beach worthy books, camera's x 3...(photographer in the family), big fat noodles for floating, flip flops for beach, proper sandals for shopping, 1 classic wedge just in case, band-aids, zit cream (because apparently I'm still in puberty people), Keurig coffee maker...check!  (those individual sweet little "hey ya'll what kinda coffee are ya feelin like today" things are too much to leave behind!)  OK, let's for a moment forget the 99 other things I didn't list, because my wee little digits were getting tired.  The fact that we are bringing our Keurig coffee maker is, let me be the first to say, ridiculous.  We are at least leaving behind (I think, I haven't actually gotten an actual Big D confirmation on this) the Cuisinart Blender behind which can quite successfully blend a plethora of delish libations...

But it's all about the beach...
This would be a perfect fit on 30a...

This is almost identical to my beach hat, not so much my suit because a white suit against my irish skin will just not do...

And bask in the umbrella covered beaches along the way...
