Cheeky in Blue: One Kings Lane beach finds and updates on Beach Cheeky...

It's a crazy time of year at Chez Cheeky with school coming to a close, graduation, banquets, and ceremony after ceremony for my kiddos. I find myself getting so sad at any given moment because soon my baby girl will be off to college! I am over the moon for her, but I find myself noticing and clinging to all her last times and soon to be last times. The last time I will go prom dress shopping with her. The last time I will run something up to the high school that she has forgotten. The last time I will see her dance on a stage. The last time she frantically runs out of the house late for school. Each and every last time is so incredibly bittersweet!
The craziness continues over at Beach Cheeky where soon I will go check out the progress in person. The building continues, and I get so excited whenever more pictures are sent my way.

The area in the back will be our breakfast nook overlooking the water! This may be my favorite feature, because those are one of those things you always want and dream of, but only older houses seem to have them...that and dumb waiters...I want one of those too!
