     Dallas has an amazing tradition of having an annual pooch parade at Lee Park every Easter, and the dog/people watching is something to behold...

The whole affair is amazing and festive with elaborate get-ups for the pooches, and a plethora of Easter chapeaux for the owners, and you see a little bit of everything...

Something with feathers...

Something in pink...

Or a new way to fashion an Easter basket...

Families bring blankets, picnic lunches, Champagne, or  a bottle of wine and enjoy the day...

And listen to the Dallas Symphony...

But the day really is all about the pooches...

And even a ferret...
