Back from the beach...

     Sorry all, I have been a neglectful blogger updater this last week, but I have an excuse.  I was at the beach, and it was such a perfect week.

After a 12 hour drive we headed to our usual spot for lunch at Pompano Joes on the beach for some yummy grouper sandwiches...

Then off to Seagrove Beach to check into our house...which was adorable by the way...

Love these bikes!  They are all over the place at the beach and we rode them everywhere even though it was Africa hot out!

Porch where I consumed my cup-a-joe every morning, so relaxing...

I love screened in porches.  Mama wanted to find a way to sneak this bench in the back of the ole gas guzzlin SUV, but sadly I did not...

This one is pretty darn fab too...

Such a great bathroom!  I should have opened up these amazing plantation shutters so you could see how light and bright it was...

That's actually an old feed sack quilt from the 30's on the wicker chair that I brought from home, that and two comfy pillows were the two indulgences that got me through the 12 hour drive...oh and several amazing books...

So much fun, and I wasn't at all ready to come home.  Well except for my furry little niños...I couldn't wait to see them...
